DJ da Style, DJ da Promise, DJ di Life.

Daljeet (DJ) is a Punjabi boy who has no worries at all and doesn't care whether this world is a shit place or something. He wants to make the most of now and his way of doing that is doing all sorts of activities which a normal person would be scared of doing. He wants to live the life on the edge. 

 DJ has a different kind of humour which you may not like in the first place, but later you will find it difficult to control yourself from laughing at his jokes. No matter how angry you are, he will come up with something and you will start smiling. Even his dance style is as cool and unique as he is. DJ is yaaron ka  yaar who can do anything for his friends. He believes in his friend's belief and will support him/her even if he is on the death bed.

But who is DJ? Is he a college student? What is he like from inside?
It was long when DJ passed his college studies but he is still hanging around the campus. Why? Because he likes being there. He has an image over there. His social needs are high. People know him, they expect from him, he is getting importance, so he is happy and relaxed. But somewhere down the line he is afraid to go out in the world alone because he knows how does it function. Bribing and getting away is the solution to every problem out there.

Our Daljeet fall in love with a firangi, Sue. DJ promised to stay by her side and to help her complete the film she was supposed to complete.
Fate took a sudden turn and his life showed him a totally new phase. The world was not the same as before, DJ realized it was time to take life seriously, to take a stand against what is wrong.
And when DJ is on a mission, he will do whatever it takes to complete it, even if it requires risking his life.

Daljeet died with a vision, to make the world a better place to live in.
And what a way to die. Even at the last moment he was missing his lady love and passed a joke with reference to their future kids, "pata nahi gore honge ya kaale". 
A salute to this great man for all his efforts. No one had the courage to do what he did with such an ease.

Luis Vargas- Original Sin

Luis (played by Antonio Bandreas) is a wealthy Cuban businessman who is looking for an American Wife, believing that Americans represent the future.

This young and rich owner of a Coffee company approached Julia not revealing his real identity. He wanted to make sure that the girl he is marrying to, is not marrying him because of his wealth. They wedded after a short time of Julia's arrival in Cuba. Passion and Lust lay over as the two begin to discover each other over the next few days.

Luis Vargas

Luis provided all the luxuries to Julia to make her feel like she was his Queen. And Julia replied back by fleeing over and taking all the Luis' fortune. Totally heart broken, frustrated as hell, Luis hired a detective to find Julia so that he can kill her. (He thinks that is the reply to such a pain borne by him)

Unknowingly, Luis falls for Julia as deep as he had never ever imagined he would fall for anybody. There was something about her. How much hard he tried, he cannot resist himself from getting close to Julia. She had already become his life. Now Luis doesn't want his money. His fortune was Julia's presence at his side.

But this love brought lots of enemies also. It was not easy to snatch from Julia what her previous life gave her. Luis had to go really down to cut the root of the cause. And he was ready to do everything if just Julia was with him. In the end, together they are, fooling people in a card game with their secret signs.


This erotic movie is not a love story, it is a story about Love. Also the actors did justice to their respective roles.

Rain Man

Raymond (Rain Man) is the older autistic-savant brother of character Charlie Babbitt . The character of Raymond is inspired from the real life savant, Kim Peek.

When Charlie was too young to speak clearly, he couldn't pronounce Raymond but call out Rain Man instead.It was Raymond who sang to Charlie, but when Raymond burnt Charlie with hot bathing water their father decided to send Raymond to Wallbrook.


"Raymond has a problem communicating and learning. He can't even express himself or probably even understand his own emotions in a traditional way. There are dangers everywhere for Raymond. Routines, rituals are all he has to protect himself. [...] Well, it's the way he acts, sleeps, eats, uses the bathroom, walks, talks, everything. Any break from that routine is terrifying. [...] He doesn't understand the concept of money."



This genius who could solve most complicated calculation problems and memorize entire phone directories, was being left to stay in a psychiatric Institution for 20 years. It is only after when Charlie got him out of the Institution he was able to see the new world.

He had a very stringent routine. His bedtime is at 11pm sharp.
He is obsessed with few habits. Pancakes being placed on the table before the maple syrup is one of them. He gives a definite NO for travelling in the airplane and can do whatever it takes to stop you from making him believe otherwise. (Be it panicking)

A very kind hearted Rain Man is forced to go back to Wallbrook for his custody still belongs to that place.
But over his journey with Charlie, both the siblings come emotionally closer to each other.

I was about to define "Girlfriend", and here I am. Still at the beginning after 2 hours of dedicated thinking. (Well, no one can define girlfriend)

Aeeeyyyy.... Sunny (Housefull2)

Akshay Kumar (Sunny in housefull2) plays the mischievous lady loving character. He stares them in a way that will remind you of Ranjeet. And why not, Sunny is the paap of that wicked baap

He starts penniless from a trailer van, and end up being the son of a billionaire.

Sunny 

 Flattering is Sunny's forte. Be it  his Henna (Asin), be it his father-in-law, or be it the mobster J.D, he will make stories or even will fall at your feet, but will solve his purpose in the end. He can even take out tooth of a crocodile :p

Sunny finally change his nature because of his father and somehow with his convinces J.D to make to accept all the love birds

Sean ......... "THE MOB"

Step Up Revolution, starring Ryan Guzman as Sean, is here to change things.!!

Sean is a poor guy (girls and gays will find him sexy instead) from "the streets" who runs an underground dance troupe. When he is not working for a real estate company he is putting on the Ritz.
Sean is one of those boys who want to break the rules, be free and do creative stuff. He has a sister, who like other sisters, wants him to put down his dance thing to bed and do a real work (do a course and then a job)

Being the Leader of "The Mob", he has to fight for his community. He has to take a step to change things. He can do that only when he has his friends around him. And he tries his every effort to make them stay together to create a revolution.

And if you are looking for a spark between our street dancer hero and the contemporary style hot girl, you will surely not be disappointed ;)

Imraan- Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara

Imraan is among those wittiest guys, who cheers you in their presence but hide the sad parts of their life within themselves.

Imran's lifelong dream to meet his biological father persuade him to go to Spain with his friends. But he never expected that his outer layers will be peeled off and his inner-self will come out. He realizes the mistakes he has made in life and wants to make up to every person who loves him. 

Imraan is adventurous to the limit it is close to taking one's life. . He vows to publish his poetry as he reveals that he is a poet as well.

John Blake.

John Blake.? Who is he.? Why is he important.? Read on to know more...

John Blake, who spent his childhood days in an orphanage, serves the country by becoming a policeman.

He was portrayed as a dedicated and instinct-full policeman. He idolized Batman, and deduced that Bruce Wayne was only the Batman when he saw the similar attempt at hiding his anger when the billionaire visited the orphanage.
 Blake represents the idealism that once Commissioner Gordon and Batman held, but soon lost in their battle against crime in the city. Blake was promoted to a detective position.
He was that man who believed everything will come right in its way in the end. He had a belief in Batman and his senior, Commissioner Gordon. Although his idol disappoint him in the midway, but Jake understood the circumstances in which Gordon has to take those decisions. He sticks to the plan till the end and did what best could he do from his own strength.

Everything is fine till here.?
But why a policeman (suddenly a new character) given so much importance in the Batman series?

This is because John's full name is Robin John Blake. "ROBIN"

Now he is left with all the Batman gadgets, and audience is left with expectations about a new series

No Cats but still... CATWOMAN

We all know who is Catwoman. She is a girl with miserable childhood years who turns out to help the ones like her by stealing from the people who have a lot to worry for.

Catwoman (Anne Hathaway) in The Dark Knight Rises is a world class burglar and an excellent charmer. She only steals from the people who have "more than enough" and passes on to the people who have "almost nothing". Her weapons include infrared goggles, bladed high-heel boots, and a belt filled with lock picks. She is as agile as a CAT. She leaves a particular place as soon as her interest is taken out of it.
Selina Kyle (Catwoman) wants to remove all the previous criminal record and start a new life. She comes in contact with Bruce Wayne due to the same reason. In a way, she helps the Bane group but later on falls for Batman and works with him.

But what lacks in about Catwoman in this movie is, the Cats were missing from her house. No way there was shown Catwoman's love for Cats.
May be the movie did not want to pay any more attention to the Catwoman than what it has already done.

Batman- The End is here

Batman is old now. It has been eight years since he had fought Joker and killed Harvey Dent. He is retired now.Bruce Wayne is stripped off his greatest superpower, his money. Now what will  he do if he has to fight a young, superbly motivated mobster?

 So when this Bane starts creating Havoc, Batman gives a come back and tries his best to stop him. But Batman is off league now. He needs to do his research work, get more agile, act like a real Batman.

But yes, he Rises. He rises after he falls one time and is determined this time to hit back with full force. Batman stands for a belief. He cannot leave his city when they need him. Be it insolvency, be it the loss of his lover, be is under-performance, you can hit Bruce Wayne for what he has (or does not have), but not Batman.
He saves the world from a great explosion, beats the hell of his enemies, and is dead (even Bruce Wayne) in the eyes of his fans
But, leaves them with hope.

Sanjana- Dangerous Ishq

Karishma Kapoor gives a comeback shot with the movie Dangerous Ishq where she plays this character, Sanjana.

Sanjana is a super-model in 2012. I think just the profession talks a lot about her nature. She is independent, bold, and career oriented.
Her life took a twisted turn when suddenly her boyfriend is kidnapped.
But Sanjana is very determined to save her Love. No matter what the obstacle is, she can fight with everything and every person that comes in between herself and her love
Her past indicates her who all are with her, and who are against her.
She fought for ages (metaphorically) to get her love back.




Karishma did justice to the character and came out really nice after a long break.

In Homi Adajani's Cocktail, Veronika is the character you should look forward to. She is bold, sexy, and HOT. But you will find her emotional also

Veronika D'Costa

Veronica has grown up in a broken family so she has not got the conventional love of parents. She is feisty, but not a rebel. She is a super confident girl who craves for attention. She is a girl who is out there to have fun and enjoy herself.
The super model Veronika realizes what is family love when she met Gautam's (Saif Ali Khan) mother. Her desire to settle down with Gautam depicts her changed way of looking to life. She is looking for stability now.

Veronika is not the negative character in the movie. In fact, she is the one who enlightens the mood.

Have a look at her character-

Holly Berenson

Katherine Heigl is Holly Berenson in the movie Life as we know it. She is an awesome cook and owns a bakery in Atlanta. But her life is empty because she is not married. Her friends set up a date for her with Eric Messer whom she denied dating. But they both end up being Godparents of Sophie, their friends daughter.

Now after their friends accident, Holly and Messer are the only guardian who can take care of this child.
Holly wants to take care of Sophie (just like every motherly woman would do) but Messer doesn't really accepts this change in life. Holly tries to convince Messer to stay at the same house and to take care of Sophie because their friends believed in them.
Holly tries her best to match up to her professional and new personal life.

And then the normal romantic problems starts when Holly falls for Messer and he has to leave to grab a great opportunity.
We all know what the ending is going to be like, hero and heroine meet in the end.
But what is so good about this movie is inclusion of such a twist (presence of a baby) in a couple's life and how do they react in that situation.
There were quite a few funny scenes with Holly, like the one where she has "shit on her face"

Katherine gave a good come back after this movie. Her acting was genuine throughout the scenes.

Roma- Don2

Now an Interpol officer, Roma continues her mission to pursuit Don in order to avenge her brother Ramesh and his fiance Kamini’s death which happened in the previous film, Don.
Priyanka had been preparing for the character for long time. She learned martial arts and performed her own stunts.
She is the hard girl out in the film, but when it comes to Don her heart melts for him. The spark between them can easily be seen as the film progresses. Even they both were ready to sacrifice their respective lives for the other.
In the end, Don escapes from his Junglee Billi, but expresses his addiction for her.
Well, you cannot blame him for this ;)

Sardar Khan-

Sardar Khan (Manoj Bajpai) is the character around whom the movie story revolves. 

He is funny, he is smart, he is cruel, and he is romantic. All at the same time. 

His love life was also very interesting to watch for. He had four sons from his first wife and a son from his second wife. His relationship with both of his wives was a unique thing to watch. You will love his persuasive power ;) 

        He shaved his head vowing to not to grow his hair untill he take on the revenge from Ramadhir Singh (hhis father's killer)

"Humri jindagi ka ek hi maksad tha, BADLA" indicates the destruction he would have caused to take revenge of his father's death. 

I will not reveal the plot, but for him i will say "A must watch character". In fact, he is best character in Gang of Wasseypur's part 1

Reed Bennett (Ashton Kutcher)

Reed is a florist and a joyfull lover. He proposes his girlfriend on the valentine's day morning. She accepts the proposal but seems very tensed about the whole marriage thing. His friends weren't surprised when they came to know that she left him that very day. Then he got to know that his good friend, Julia Fitzpatrick (Jennifer Garner), is being cheated by her boyfriend. Not wanting to let happen with her friend what happened to him, he ran for her to stop her from meeting that guy.

  Madly in love with her man, Julia does not dare to believe in Reed. But what Reed said was the truth which she found out when she went to meet him.
Reed spends rest of his day in low mood untill just before midnight Julia came back for Reed
Then what?
They kissed before it was 12 in the night and they went into relationship

Matt Franklin

Topher Grace (yes, the actor who played Eddie in the Spiderman3) plays this character, Matt Franklin.
Matt Franklin works at a video store where on one fine day he saw his high school dream girl, Tori. When the conversation begins he throws a lie that he is working with Goldman Sachs (to impress her, obviously).

Tori then invites him and his friend to the weekend party. He went to the party to hit a chance on her. He is this insecure guy when Tori's boyfriend proposes her. Somehow they leave the current party and went to a different business party. His adrenalin helped him to impress the girl when he has to face an awkward discussion. They escape the crowded party and end up in neighbour's tarpaulin What happened finally is that they both were making love because of the character's sweetness and how comfortable he made Tori feel with him.
And then comes the TURTH.! he spokes out that he does not work with Goldman Sachs
He went back to the first party (where this girl was) and just like a "wanna be" hero he took a stupid challenge.What happened then? He got hurt, broke some laws, and made a fool of himself
Anyway, he ran back to Tori to give a last shot by asking her phone number.
After playing a little hard-to-get, Tori is actually impressed by Matt's sudden forwardness and rattles off her phone number

A simple character picked up from the life of a normal person.
If you find yourself in the similar initial situation, you know what to do now ;)

HORTON- the Elephant

Let me start by saying, Horton is the most cutest and the most loveable elephant i have ever seen in Animation world.

 

 Horton is a cute character from the adaptation of the book by Theodor Seuss
Horton, voice given by Jim Carrey, is a very innocent and relaxed elephant. One day when he was splashing in the pool he saw a speck and later on discovers that it contains a tiny planet within it. This is the place where the "Whos" reside, led by a Mayor. So now Horton is on a mission to keep this speck at a place where it is safe from creatures of his world. He thinks himself as a great warrior. He saves the community in the end after all the problems in the way
The movie is nothing special as such, but Horton's actions are very adorable.

Gloria Delgado

Gloria Delgado- Pritchett (played by Sofia Vergara) is a colombian Woman married to Jay Pritchett. Jay is of her Father's age but Love is present between them like the one between a new couple. She has a son, Manny Delgado, from her former husband. Gloria is a kind hearted woman. She wants to mix up with the family members of Jay. Much like any woman, when not totally accepted by them, she gets upset. Her accent make her a lot more funny.

She is the caring Mother, a loveable wife, a responsible family member, and a sexy Woman everybody wants to flirt with :D :D

Leo- The Vow

Channing Tatum plays this beautiful character, Leo.

Leo

Leo is a musician and owns a recording studio. He is in love with Paige (Rachel McAdams) and they are happy in their married life until a heartbreaking incident happens. They met a fatal accident where Paige lost her memory. The accident leaves Paige with memory loss- the part that knows her husband.
Now you can imagine how hard it must have been for Leo to make his wife realise that he is actually her husband. The Love was gone, the feeling was gone, he was totally new to her. Still he was with her at every time.


I appreciate the character's generosity to get his Love back in his life. He tried to get it back the same way he has gained it.
In the end, she doesn't recover her memory but falls in Love with Leo again :)

He is also the cutest and the most sexiest partner Paige could ever get ;)
